Shipping Coverage

Orrevo currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Orrevo offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

No additional shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in USD (United States Dollars).

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT-7 / UTC-7 on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information when available.

Handling Time

Orders are typically prepared, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

While most orders are processed within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur during periods of high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most customers can expect to receive their order within 5–11 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimate includes both handling time and transit time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email whenever available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in shipping delays, failed delivery, or delivery issues.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work to ensure orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
