Return Eligibility

Orrevo accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other components received with the order.

To qualify for a return:

Items that have been used, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without essential components may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at info@orrevo.shop.

Photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping

All approved returns must be sent by mail.

For approved returns, Orrevo will provide a prepaid return shipping label by email at no additional cost to the customer. Customers will need to download and print the return label and attach it securely to the return package before mailing it back.

Customers are responsible for packaging returned items securely to help prevent damage during return transit.

Exchanges

Orrevo accepts exchanges for eligible products within the same 30-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

All refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollars). If your original payment was made in another currency, your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. These charges are determined by your payment provider and are outside the control of Orrevo.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service provider, additional time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

Restocking Fees

Orrevo does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orrevo.shop.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.
