Shipping Information

Orrevo currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Our standard shipping timeline is:

Handling time: 1–3 business days

Transit time after dispatch: 4–8 business days

Estimated total delivery timeframe: 5–11 business days from the date the order is placed

Returns & Refunds

We want customers to shop with confidence.

Orrevo accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

Approved returns are eligible for a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to the customer.

Orrevo does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and are processed in USD. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service provider, additional time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.
