Where does Orrevo ship?
Orrevo currently ships to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Orrevo offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees will be charged unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days. Most customers can expect to receive their order within 5–11 business days from the date the order is placed.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Orrevo accepts returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For approved returns, Orrevo provides a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. The return label will be sent by email, and customers will need to download and print the label before mailing the return package. Orrevo does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
